🏵️April's Specials🏵️

Starting at the bar...

🍺Norm's Pale Ale is back on Cask!
We're delighted to be able to share the 3rd version of "Norm's", brewed in collaboration with Dynasty, with you all! This ale was brewed to celebrate the 26th anniversary of Norm's Beer & Wine in Vienna. It's the perfect combination of an old-school American Pale Ale served on an old-school British hand pump.

Other cask/beer features while we await the brewing of Yorkshire:

Brehon Blonde: at 4.3%, this Golden Ale is sure to be a hit. It has a delicious malty honey-oat body, citrusy hops, and a crisp, lightly bitter spiced finish. Pairs swimmingly with white fish, chicken, or our lamb Tandoori salad, or is perfect on its own!

Belhaven Scottish Ale: at 5.2%, this deep copper colored Scottish Ale boosts an intriguing biscuit malt and caramel flavour, subtle fruitiness with an underlying herbal aroma. All of which complements the modest bitterness. Perfect for a robust steak & stout pie or pasty.

Dynasty 838 Irish Stout: at 4.8%, the 838 from Dynasty is a perfectly balanced, light stout with a robust appearance. This Irish Stout delivers roasted and chocolate malt flavors, and is a two time Gold Medal Winner with VA Brewers Guild. It pairs wonderfully with steak or lamb, chocolate mousse, or the Ploughman's Lunch!

Best kept secret on Sundays...

Tom's Corner
Horse Brass!

If you take a look around the pub you will see many examples of traditional horse brass. Most pubs throughout the UK will have horse brass displayed. Horse brass mounted on leather straps and affixed to horses have been used through the centuries as decoration, family crests, talismans to protect horses from evil spirits and to mark special occasions such as Queen Victoria's golden and diamond jubilees.

Cheers, Tom Kyllo.

We'll see you soon, cheers!
